CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time. All late cancellations and no-show clients will result in an automatic charge of 50% of your selected service. There will be a 15-minute grace period once your scheduled appointment time has started. If you fail to show up within that time frame and without notice, you will automatically be considered a no-show client and be charged the 50% fee.
